The site

The site describes our Automation Agent services for trade contractors. Content is for general information and may change without notice.

Estimates are not guarantees

The ROI calculator produces estimates based only on the numbers you enter. Scenarios on the site are illustrative examples, not client results. Nothing on the site is a promise of any particular number of leads, jobs or revenue.

AI services

Our Automation Agents are AI systems. They are set up and supervised by our team, and clients approve what is sent under their name. Agents reach out by email only. See our AI Disclosure.

Acceptable use

• Don't submit false information or information about other people without their permission.
• Don't try to disrupt, scrape or gain unauthorized access to the site.

Intellectual property

The site, our logo and our agent characters are owned by The Construction Agent. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
