This policy explains what information The Construction Agent ("we", "us") collects through theconstructionagent.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact form: name, business name, trade, email, phone, service area, the agents you're interested in, and your message.
• ROI calculator: if you choose to email your results, your name, email and trade, plus the numbers you entered and the estimate shown.
• Newsletter: whether you opted in to our email newsletter. This is always unchecked by default.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and performance.

We also use a tracking script from our CRM provider (LeadConnector / GoHighLevel). It uses cookies to record which pages you visit and, if you submit a form, connects that activity to your contact record so we can follow up on your request. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to see, in aggregate, how many people visit, which pages they view and how fast the site loads. These tools don't use cookies.

How we use it

• To respond to your request and contact you by email about it.
• To schedule and prepare for a discovery call.
• To send you our newsletter, only if you opted in.
• To keep the site secure and working.

We don't sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run our business, such as our website host and our customer relationship management (CRM) system, which receives form submissions. They may process your information only to provide services to us.

Client data

If you become a client, data handled by your Automation Agents (such as leads, partner lists and email content) is covered by your client agreement.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in the email.
• Ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.

Retention and security

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
