What people do

Our team builds and configures each agent, connects your tools, checks the agents' work, and adjusts targeting in monthly reviews. You, the contractor, approve leads, messages and content, and you take over every conversation once someone replies.

The goblin characters on this site represent our AI agents. They are illustrations, not members of our team, and no real person is behind any individual character.

Messages sent for you

Emails sent by the Outreach & Follow-Up agent are written by AI, approved by you, and sent from your business email. When someone replies, follow-ups stop and the reply comes to you. No copy we write suggests a person is personally typing each message.

Accuracy and limits

AI can make mistakes. Permit and bid data depends on what public sources publish, and coverage varies by area. That is why approval mode is on for your first 30 days, and why you can keep reviewing every message for as long as you like. Revenue figures from our ROI calculator are estimates based on the numbers you enter, not a guarantee of results.
